Abstract / papers prepared without considering the instructions are subject to rejection.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Only original papers will be accepted to the Conference.
For full registration an electronic version of paper extended abstract (should not exceed 1000 words in English) should be submitted to the Secretariat of the Conference (through the website only).
If the paper has more than one author, the author who will make the presentation during the Conference should be underlined.
The file format has to be “.doc” or “.docx“. 
File name of the abstract should be “CYSENI-Abstract-Surname.doc”, for example “CYSENI-Abstract-Smith.doc”.
Paper authors are responsible for the information of the organizers about any changes in the paper’s title and abstract during the review process by providing the updated title and abstract.
PRESENTATION PROCESS
This year CYSENI conference takes place ONLINE due to the need to adapt to the challenges while facing the global COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly, we will provide a platform to present your research remotely at an international conference. The authors of accepted papers will be required to record their presentations (e.g. PC screen with sound) and to send it to the Organising Committee before the official deadline. Instructions on how to record your presentation and available tools to accomplish the task will be provided during the organising steps after applicant receives the notification on abstract acceptance. The keynote session will be an online event with real-time speakers, whereas the recorded videos of presentations of the participants will be uploaded to the CYSENI website and will be available during the conference days (May 24-27, 2022).
Important:
the accepted papers will be eligible for publication in the Energies or Plants journals and Conference Proceedings only and if all required steps will be accomplished by the registrant (registration, extended abstract submission, paper submission, submission of final version of your paper after it has been reviewed, notification of paper acceptance and submission of recorded presentation).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row] –>
